 | Beaujolais - Domaine Pardon The Pardon family has been making Beaujolais for six generations; the current one is represented by two brothers - Jean-Marc and Eric. Their wines are consistent medal winners. The brothers pride themselves on using only traditional viticultural and vinification methods.
The vendange is carried out by hand and the vines in one particular vineyard in Fleurie are an impressive 105 years old. In addition to their Crus Beaujolais, Pardon et Fils also produce a delightful Pouilly Fuissé from the Domaine de Bel Air as well as two traditional Macon wines from the Domaine Grison and Chateau des Thinons. |
