Caves Orsat Founded in 1884 by Alphonse Orsat, Caves Orsat was acquired by jean-Bernard Rouvinez in 1998 and has been transformed by his passion and expertise in wine making. The estate comprises some 35 hectares of vineyards with an additional 318 hectares under contract. The Primus Classicus range has been specially created by Jean-Bernard Rouvinez to reflect the wonderful quality and different character of the very rare grape varieties which are unique to The Valais.
